1. Who we are

2. What we collect

This website is deliberately minimal about data:

• Booking data — when you schedule a call via our booking system (Cal.com), we receive your name, email address, company and any answers you provide.
• Email you send us — if you contact us directly, we keep your message and email address to reply.
• No tracking — this website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking analytics.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To respond to inquiries and prepare possible engagements — legitimate interest and, once signed, performance of a contract.
• To schedule and hold calls you request — your consent and the booking you make.
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting rules — legal obligation.

4. Third parties

We use Cal.com (booking) and standard email/hosting providers. These parties process data only as needed to deliver their service, under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry and booking data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, plus any statutory retention period. Client data within an engagement is handled per the signed service agreement.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise any right, email us — we respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it.
